Contact Cymru is running a free Wellbeing workshop for fathers and male carers of children aged 16 to 25 with disabilities. The event is only for fathers and carers living in Wales. The purpose is to provide support for your wellbeing and meet other dads/carers in a friendly and relaxed environment, while carrying out outdoor activities.
