Wales Council of the Blind

RSBC 'Navigating the Early Years' event (Liverpool)

Families with a child aged 0–5 with a vision impairment are invited to join RSBC and VICTA for a friendly and informative day. Enjoy a day of support, learning and connection, with a range of specialists sharing practical advice on topics such as early developmental play and movement, sleep in the early years, accessible technology, and more. It will be a great opportunity to meet and connect with other families. The workshops are designed for parents and carers, but the whole family is very welcome to attend. There will be planned regular breaks, a quiet room, and access to a private garden for families to enjoy together. Lunch and refreshments will be provided so everyone can relax and make the most of the day.

If you have any questions, or if travel costs create any challenges for you, please contact Harriet, Family Activity Coordinator, at harriet.hemmings@rsbc.org.uk, as RSBC may be able to help. You can find out more and book a place via the link provided.
