A free course for parents and carers of visually impaired children and young people in the UK. This course gives you time to focus on yourself, meet other parents, and learn simple ways to support your own wellbeing.

The course consists of 12 weekly sessions and is held via Zoom. Although there is no fee for the course, parents are asked to commit to attending all of the sessions. There's a lot more information on the course, including a short video and how to apply on the LOOK website via the link below.
