Supporting your child's sleep (Wrexham)
Contact Cymru is running a free in person workshop all about supporting your child's sleep. Sleep difficulties are common in children and even more prevalent among those with additional needs. When a child struggles to fall or stay asleep, it can affect the wellbeing of the whole family. The session will be interactive and there will be time for questions, as well as signposting to further sources of support. Warm drinks and a buffet will be provided to all attendees.
