Eye Connect Cymru - (Royal Society for Blind Children)

Eye Connect is a project designed to connect vision impaired children and young people and give them a voice in their community. The project ensures that: children, young people and families have the support they need to feel more confident and thrive emotionally; youth organisations across Wales are equipped to welcome and include vision impaired children and young people in their settings; children and young people can make lasting connections with each other and build a sense of community; children and young people will have a stronger voice in their community and be able to influence change.

Working on Wellbeing (WoW) - (Legacy in the Community)

WoW is a programme that offers support and training to people who live with disabilities and long-term health conditions. Starting Line offers a tailored pathway for those beginning to consider routes into volunteering, employment, or further training.
