Stargardt's Connected Young People's Meeting - Wellbeing and Mindfulness (online)
A wellbeing and mindfulness practitioner will be guiding the group through some mental health and wellbeing activities and techniques. It will also be a great opportunity to join in and share experiences as well as different techniques that you use to support your own wellbeing.
